I walked on through a dense, open plain, And with each step emerged a stain Within the dewy morning grass, My imprint stayed as I strode past. The flowers blooming everywhere, Their sweet aromas filled the air In a flatland paradise, With frozen raindrops; sparkling ice. This place is a vibrant reality, A beautiful place, where it’s tranquil and free. The white swirling clouds, billowing overhead, My body; absorbed, by the soft, florid green bed. With my arms like a pillow, and my eyes gazing forth At the gorgeous and nebulous space towards the north, I relax and I wonder, my mind is a storm, Of unexpressed emotion; of gelatinous form. And all my suppressed memories; times that I’ve sinned, All disappear here, and disperse with the wind.
